The wines that come from the Asolo hills are still considered one of the most appreciated in the world thanks to their strong personality, coming from the melting pot of the unrepeatable features of this place, unique and exclusive expression of Asolo DOCG territory.
Located in the province of Treviso, the hills of Montello, Montelletto and Asolo, that were created from the lifting of the earth’s crust thanks to geological movements, are located in a place that is perfect for grape growing: 60 kilometers far away, the Adriatic sea gives a very high iodine content, on the other side there are the Dolomites that reaching 4000
meters height, help to get air currents that, climbing over the hills, softly ventilate the summers and mitigate the winters.
The Marco Tessariol Farm is located on the Montelletto hill, which has marly, clayey and calcareous soils typically red coloured (whose acidic nature facilitates the absorption of microelements in the wine), that give the acidity and sapidity confirmed during the tasting.

Tasting at a very low temperature is recommended, a precaution that further enhances the marked minerality that characterizes it.
It has a pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections and a fine and appetizing perlage. Unmistakable notes of unripe fruit and crunchy apple, wisteria and acacia flowers, grapefruit and William pears emerge from Epicureo Brut.
Perfect aperitif to pair in harmony, with fresh raw and marinated fish or white meats and delicate cheeses.
This sparkling wine is the result of the arrangement of the expert winemaker’s artistic flare and the expression of the grapes of the year: the lively fine and persistent bubbles gently tickles the palate and enhance the pale straw yellow of this sparkling wine. The smell and aroma are harmonious and aromatic, the fruity scent predominates with the presence of the vegetable floral note which together give absolute identity to the sparkling wine. It is ideal as an aperitif served chilled; it goes well with fish and shellfish dishes. Its characteristics make it a sublime pairing for slightly sweet pastries.
With subtle and persistent perlage, it is characterized by the classic pale straw yellow color. The right intensity emerges from the olfactory analysis which inevitably recalls fruit: unmistakable flavors of William pear, orange, slight sensations of mango, acacia flowers and wisteria. A harmony of hints that bring out sensations of sapidity and freshness.
Ideal combination for aperitifs and appetizers, goes well with high quality fresh cold cuts. It is also perfect with slightly sweet pastries.
It has a characteristic bright straw yellow colour with lively and persistent bubbles; you can smell scents of apple, pear and jasmine. Dry with characteristics of acidity and freshness, which are perfectly balanced with the gentle softness of the sparkling wine: the result is a creamy and decisive brut.
Excellent as an aperitif, it combines harmoniously with first and second courses of fish and white meats, that allows to distinguish all the nuances that this brut can give.
